How Can You Help Me Get More Leads?Getting leads is not the hard part, converting them is. Leads are everywhere, if you know where to look and what to do (covered in our training). You can purchase leads from an online source, but without the right systems you won't convert them. You can generate referrals and find clients willing to work with you every month at open houses, from your social media profiles, but without the right follow up or top of mind brand awareness, they'll forget they met you or are even in real estate. Most agents work leads in the wrong way asking the wrong questions that cause future clients to run. The training on this site can help with that.

What If I'm Not Techy Enough?Who cares. Most agents that I work with and whom taken the same training are not techy either, but they understand the importance of systems in place. Systems are the baseline of running any business and the training here will share with you exactly what type of systems we use to stay on top of mind with our databases, create social media content, scripts we use, follow ups, etc... You don't need to be tech saavy, you need to be willing to learn and willing to work.

Do You Give Me Leads?You can choose to join one of the seller or buyer lead systems and participate in those programs. Just so you know, the leads you close, they're always your client. IF you ever leave you can keep your clients. We don't own them, you do. Humble smile.
